Skills Issue Entertainment (« Company », « we », « our ») grants players and creators permission to create and share content featuring the video game UNDER US (« Game ») under the terms below. This policy supplements the Game's End User License Agreement (EULA); in case of conflict, the EULA prevails.
1. Overview
This license allows you to create and publish video or livestream content that includes gameplay from UNDER US, subject to the permitted uses, restrictions, and conditions set out in this document.
2. Permitted Content
You may create and publish content that includes:
- Gameplay videos (recorded or edited)
- Livestreams
- Reviews and commentary
- Tutorials and guides
- Speedruns or challenge runs
Content must accurately represent the Game and must not misrepresent the Company or the Game (e.g. by falsely claiming official partnership or endorsement).
3. Monetization
- Content may be monetized through platform advertising (e.g. YouTube AdSense, Twitch ads).
- Content may be monetized on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, or similar streaming/video platforms.
- Sponsored content (e.g. brand partnerships) is permitted provided it does not suggest or imply official partnership or endorsement by Skills Issue Entertainment and does not misrepresent the Game or the Company.
- You may not sell the Game itself, game keys, or in-game items through your content in a way that violates the EULA or platform rules.
4. Use of Game Assets
- Footage and screenshots: You may use in-game footage and screenshots in your content. They may not be sold or licensed as standalone assets (e.g. stock footage packs) without separate written permission from the Company.
- Logo and trademarks: You may use the Game's name and official logos to identify the Game in your content (e.g. thumbnails, titles, intros). You may not use them in a way that suggests official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Skills Issue Entertainment, or on merchandise or other products for sale without written permission.
5. Restrictions
- Content must not include illegal material or infringe third-party rights.
- Content must not distribute, copy, or provide access to the Game or its files.
- Content must not contain malware, phishing, or harmful links.
- Content must not harass individuals or promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in UNDER US (including but not limited to the Game, its name, characters, creatures, and visuals) remains the property of Skills Issue Entertainment or its licensors. This license does not transfer any ownership to you; it only grants a limited right to create and monetize content as described above.
7. Revocation
Skills Issue Entertainment reserves the right to revoke this permission or to require modification or removal of content if you violate this policy, the EULA, or applicable law. We may also update this policy at any time; the current version will be published at https://under-us.com/
